Xiaosi Li (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, and the D.E. degree from the University of Toyama, Toyama, Japan. He is currently working as a Chief System Engineer with Wesoft Company Ltd., Kawasaki, Japan. His current research interests include computational intelligence, data mining, mobile computing, complex systems, artificial neuron model, and renewable energy.
